Dropped a whole tray of foils mid-application at a wedding party last Saturday in Austin...
I was trying to work fast on a bride and her 6 bridesmaids when I bumped the tray and foils went everywhere, so I had to quickly re-section and start over while the bride just stared at me - has anyone else had a total setup fail in the middle of a big group booking and how did you recover without losing the client?

Wouldn't that be a bridesmaid's tray, not a bride's?

Oh I actually totally see it the opposite way @patricia262. In the weddings I've been in the bride's tray is the one that holds all her little emergency stuff like bobby pins, extra lipstick, that kind of thing. The bridesmaids usually have their own smaller bags or trays for touch ups but the main one with all the supplies is definitely the bride's. I think it's because she's the one who needs the most last minute fixes and everyone else is just borrowing from her stash anyway. Plus when we were planning my cousin's wedding last summer the coordinator specifically called it the bride's tray and even had a little sign on it. So I'm pretty sure that's the standard term for it now.
