Hit 10,000 hours on my Liebherr, got weird about it
Clocked 10,000 on the hour meter last Tuesday, out on a high-rise job in Charlotte. Felt like a number, but then I did the math. That's about 4 years of straight swinging, if you count rain days and downtime. Realized I've probably lifted more steel than the building weighs twice over. But here's what hit me, I still get a little tense on a blind pick over the east side. Ten thousand hours in and the hands still know something the head doesn't. Anyone else keep running tallies on their machine, or am I the only one counting?
