Found an abandoned library in rural Kansas with notes hidden in books
I stopped at this tiny library outside of Hays last month during a layover and found sticky notes tucked inside 15 different books, each one warning about a local legend. The notes all mentioned the same crossroads and a date back in 1982, real specific stuff that gave me chills. Has anyone else stumbled across hidden messages in random places like this?

wait, so is that like a reference to some movie or something? i had a similar thing happen back in 2017 where i kept seeing the same beat up red pickup truck parked outside my apartment building for like two weeks straight, always at 3:15 in the afternoon. turned out some dude was just visiting his girlfriend, but the coincidence of the exact same time and spot every day freaked me out. you ever just get that cold feeling in your gut when the universe lines up something too perfectly? it's like the world is messing with you on purpose.
