Told a joke about my thermostat at Sunday dinner and my dad laughed, my wife groaned, so now I am confused about what this place votes on
I dropped a line about how my thermostat and I have a lot in common because neither of us works when we get too hot, and my dad cracked up for a solid 30 seconds. My wife just stared at me and said that is the worst thing she has heard all year, which honestly felt like a strong endorsement. So I brought it here thinking you all vote on whether a joke stays, and I cannot tell if her groan means it is good or bad. Does a groan count as a win in this court, or am I getting voted out?
