My LLC filing took 3 days because of one missing box

Filed online with the state last Tuesday, thought I had everything, but the system kept kicking it back for an unmarked business type field. Took me three days to realize it was a dropdown glitch on mobile, not something I missed. Has anyone else had to switch to desktop just to get LARA to accept a form?

Three days because of a dropdown? That sounds like a you problem, not a LARA problem. I filed mine on a phone with no issues last year. Maybe you were trying to do it during a lunch break with bad signal, or you just didn't click the right button. The state's system is clunky, sure, but it's not hiding secrets from you. If you really wanted it done, you'd have pulled up a laptop on day one instead of fighting your browser.

Honestly, the real issue might be that people are trying to file on their phones during a lunch break or commute, but the state's site isn't built for that. Last year I tried on my tablet and it kept crashing on the same dropdown, so I switched to a desktop and it worked instantly. The system might be fine, but it's definitely not mobile-friendly like everything else we use now. Maybe the state should just say "desktop only" upfront instead of letting people waste three days.
