Spent a weekend setting up a digital art wall and it's already broken.

The display froze during my first showcase and now it's an expensive paperweight.

Yeah, had the same thing happen last month. A full router reset actually got mine going again.

My friend Liam in Brooklyn bought one of those fancy frames last year... had the same freeze thing right after a software update. He spent like three days trying different HDMI cables and power cycles before it just... came back on by itself. Always seems to happen right when you want to show it off to people. Makes you want to just go back to regular posters sometimes.

So did your friend's frame start working after a router reset like @jana_black said, or was it just the update being weird on its own?

Actually, digital frames don't use HDMI cables at all! Sounds like his freeze was probably a Wi-Fi or software glitch.
