My sign kept folding in half during the downtown rally yesterday

I was waving it near the city hall steps and the cardboard just buckled from the wind after 20 minutes. Anyone else have a trick to keep poster board from flopping over?

Oh man, I duct taped mine to a broomstick and it worked fine till I poked someone.

Wait the cardboard actually folded in half from just wind? That sounds like poster board made of wet tissue paper or something. You'd think it could at least hold up for a full hour before giving out like that.

Three layers of cardboard folded from just a gust of wind? That's crazy. I've had thinner signs survive a whole afternoon outside.
