PSA: Rushed the mold wash on a Friday and spent Monday grinding off defects.

Seriously though, what is it that makes us rush a step we know we can't rush. Was it just poor planning on your part, or were you trying to fit the wash into a stupidly tight window between other jobs. I've definitely looked at the clock on a Friday and made the dumb choice to hurry, only to create hours of extra work. That Monday grind is the worst kind of punishment. Makes you wonder if we'd all just stop trying to beat the clock on these critical steps.

Feel that deep in my soul. Tried to shortcut a demolding once to catch the last of the daylight. The lesson stuck better than the part did.
