Tried to talk about a crypto project on two different platforms last week
I was looking into a new DeFi protocol and wanted to see what people were saying. I posted a simple question on a big social media site, and the whole thread got deleted in about an hour, no reason given. So I went over to a smaller, open-source forum that doesn't moderate much. I asked the same thing there. The answers were way more direct, some were even critical of the project, but the whole discussion stayed up. The difference was just having a place where the talk isn't shut down for no clear reason. It made me actually trust the info more, even the negative stuff, because I could see the full picture. That's the whole point of free speech finance, right? Getting the real talk, not the cleaned-up version. Has anyone else had a post just vanish like that when talking about money stuff online?

My buddy had his whole thread about a tokenomics review wiped from a subreddit. He moved the convo to a different forum and got actual useful warnings about the team. Makes you wonder what they're trying to hide when they just delete stuff.

Same thing happened to a friend of mine... his deep dive into some yield farm just vanished. He posted the charts on a different site and people pointed out the wallet activity was super shady.

Ever notice how the deleted posts always seem to be about the newer projects, never the big established ones? Makes you question who's really pulling the strings on those big platforms.
