Trail ideas for a team-building hike with coworkers

Hi folks! I'm organizing a hike for my remote team to meet in person next month. We have people from different cities, so I need a central spot. Some team members love hard trails, but others like easy walks. I want the whole group to have fun without stress. Does anyone know a trail with choices for different paths? Maybe something in the Rockies? I'd love to hear your stories with group hikes!

Would I be the person who takes the wrong turn at every split? My sense of direction is so bad I'd probably end up in a different state.

Picking a trail with different paths works well for groups with mixed skills. It allows everyone to hike at a comfortable speed. How will you handle regrouping, especially if some finish much earlier?
