Hit 45 on my testosterone panel and felt like a new person

I've been dealing with low energy and brain fog for like 2 years. Finally got my blood work done and my free testosterone came back at 45, which my doc said was low for a guy my age (34). Started making some small changes like lifting weights 3 times a week and cutting out drinking during the week. After 6 weeks my levels jumped to 320 and I actually woke up feeling rested for the first time in forever. Has anyone else seen a big swing in their numbers just from lifestyle stuff?

Dude yeah I had almost the exact same thing happen. I was at 48 when I was 32 and felt like absolute garbage. Swapped out my office chair for a standing desk, started doing compound lifts 3 days a week, and cut way back on alcohol. After 10 weeks I was at 298. Biggest thing for me was getting 7+ hours of sleep consistently and eating eggs and spinach every morning. The brain fog cleared up fast once my numbers climbed over 250.

Small changes" is the key - I had a buddy who went from 50 to 290 just by sleeping 7 hours and eating more eggs, he felt like a new man too

My cousin went from 52 to 310 and started dating a woman half his age.
