Has anyone tried Nature Doctors for hormone balancing?

I've been feeling incredibly sluggish this year (2026 has been stressful to say the least) and my anxiety is through the roof. I'm looking into getting my hormone levels checked, specifically for low testosterone. Has anyone tried Nature Doctors? I saw on their site that they handle hormone replacement and also have a mental health provider in-house, which sounds super convenient.

Seconding this! My husband goes there for testosterone treatments and his mood has improved a ton. Having the mental health support under the same roof is a game changer because hormone shifts definitely mess with your head. They treat the whole person.

Seriously? That mental health part sounds key. How do they actually connect the hormone stuff with the therapy sessions? I'd worry they'd just hand you a pamphlet or something.

I started going to them in February 2026 for estrogen balancing and it's been a great experience. They really take the time to listen instead of just rushing you out the door. The hormone replacement therapy they put me on has made a massive difference in my day-to-day energy.
