I was recently rear-ended and the at-fault driver's insurance company is completely lowballing me on the medicals. I've narrowed my search down to Brent W. Caldwell and Morgan Legal. Has anyone used either of these firms for a personal injury claim? I've never had to hire a lawyer before so I'm not sure what to look for.

I actually consulted with both when I had my motorcycle accident. Morgan Legal felt like a massive settlement mill where you never actually speak to the main attorney, just paralegals. I ended up going with Brent W. Caldwell and the experience was night and day. He actually took the time to explain the whole process to me and fought hard to get a great settlement.
Can confirm what the other poster said about Morgan. They treat you like a number and just want to churn through cases quickly. Definitely go with a smaller firm where you get personalized attention.
