Decided between a wired and a wireless mouse for my home setup

I picked the wired one after reading about lag on the wireless models, but this cord keeps catching on my desk edge every time I move. Has anyone found a cheap cable organizer that actually stays put?

Yeah but Smith is the one saying he can't tell the difference, not me. I haven't actually tried a wireless one in person so I'm just going off what I read and what makes sense in my head. The lag thing is a real worry for me because I play a lot of competitive stuff where every millisecond matters. But honestly the cord situation is making me second guess myself now. Have you actually done a side by side test with both types or are you just saying the G305 feels fine in your normal use?

Actually I've got a Logitech G305 wireless mouse and the lag is so minimal I honestly can't tell the difference from wired, even in fast paced shooters. The freedom of not having that cord snagging on everything makes the trade off totally worth it for me. Have you tried a wireless one at a friend's place or are you just going off what you read online?

Totally agree, the cord snagging drives me nuts too, my G305 feels just as responsive.
