Shoutout to finally nailing down Barolo's tar and roses
My early tries just tasted like bitter leather. Now that signature combo clicks every time.

Yeah, it's wild how that happens. I mean, it's like when you start to like bitter things over time, maybe with coffee or something. Your taste just learns to find the good parts.

Guess my taste buds finally grew up and decided to hate fun. Honestly, I used to need so much sugar in my coffee it was basically dessert. Now I drink it black and pretend to enjoy it, like some kind of adult achievement. Tbh, it's the same with wine, where I force myself to like the dry stuff because it seems fancy. Sometimes I miss when my biggest worry was whether my juice box had enough sugar.

My dad used to drink his coffee black, and I thought he was crazy. Now I get it, after years of adding less sugar each morning. Is it just our brains tricking us into acting mature?
