Rant: My local studio's focus on seamless flows is undermining proper posture adjustments.

Actually used to agree with the original rant until I took a flow class where the instructor demoed micro-adjustments while moving. They'd say things like "feel the rib cage stack over the hip here" during sun salutations. That subtle verbal cueing over a full hour did more for my spinal awareness than getting physically adjusted in a basic class.

Read that flow-focused classes often skip posture corrections.

Do you really believe posture cues are absent in flow classes? Honestly, my experience has been totally different. Tbh, a skilled flow instructor weaves alignment notes into the sequence without breaking the momentum. They might not halt everyone for individual adjustments, but the verbal guidance is constant. Ngl, I've often found flow classes build better body awareness through movement than rigid, stop-and-correct sessions. It's about integrating posture into the practice rather than treating it as a separate thing.
