Has anyone worked with Sell My House Fast Group recently?

I'm looking to relocate for a new job in a couple of weeks and need to sell my current place without doing the whole staging/showing dance. Has anyone tried Sell My House Fast Group ? Curious if they actually close as fast as they claim for 2026.
