Update: My AI art for a history project came out all weird

I tried using an AI image maker for a school presentation on ancient cities. I typed in a prompt for busy streets and old stone buildings. The AI gave me a picture with people who had too many limbs and houses that floated in the sky. It was so strange that my whole class laughed when I showed it. My teacher said it was not useful for learning because it was not real. I had to redo the whole thing with my own drawings. This experience made me see that AI might not get what things mean. It just mixes stuff up without true creativity.

Actually, the fish in the sky thing is a perfect example of the problem. It's not about being bad at prompts, it's that the AI doesn't understand a basic fact about the world. Fish don't fly, houses don't float. It just puts words and pictures together without any real meaning. That's why it's not good for learning real stuff. Your teacher was right to have you redraw it.

My cousin's AI portrait came out with seven fingers on each hand. I tried to make a simple picture of my backyard and got trees growing from the roof. Your story about floating houses is totally familiar. I once asked for a beach scene and ended up with fish flying in the sky. Maybe we're both just bad at giving instructions. Or AI is really that clueless about normal stuff.

Honestly, @william_bailey, I've been there too with AI's crazy mistakes.

I mean, fish in the sky? Is it really that big a deal?
