Had a day where my AI scheduling bot booked 4 appointments at the same time
I use a cheap AI assistant to handle my cleaning bookings, and last Tuesday it double-booked me for 2pm that turned into 4 overlapping slots. Turned out one client's name was similar to another's and the bot got confused. Has anyone else's scheduling tool gone haywire like that?

Hold off calling that cheap AI a scheduling bot, it's more of a booking tool that got confused.

Three times last week it double-booked clients who needed a 2-hour window.

@murphy.tessa, you're right about calling it what it is, a booking tool that got confused might mean it's just not built for real time scheduling. Maybe the problem is these cheap tools don't handle name variations well because they're basically just a simple calendar with auto fill.
