Small win with an AI chatbot for my dad's car insurance
My dad kept getting the runaround on a claim for a fender bender in October. I had him try a simple chatbot interface from his insurer, and it walked him through the whole process in 12 minutes. He just said "well, that thing got it done" and hung up. Anyone else have a parent actually appreciate an AI tool?
