Air fryer broccoli is a weeknight lifesaver

I used to avoid making roasted veggies on busy nights. Now I toss broccoli in a bit of oil and air fry it. It's done in no time and tastes great.

I cook mine at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes. It totally beats waiting for the oven to heat up and roast for half an hour. I love how the little florets get all crispy and brown.

Air fryer broccoli in under 10 minutes? That sounds too good to be true! I tried roasting broccoli in the oven once and it took forever. The idea that an air fryer cuts that time down is hard to believe. What temperature do you set it at? I need to try this ASAP!

So wait, does it actually get crispy in just 10 minutes? Also, do you preheat your air fryer first or just toss it in cold?

So you agree with @finley679 that 400 degrees is the sweet spot? Do you toss the broccoli in any oil first?
