Crispy tofu in the air fryer surprised my dinner guests last night.
I prepared marinated tofu in the air fryer for a simple dinner. It came out with a crisp exterior and soft center. My guests requested the method, involving only soy sauce and cornstarch. Even those doubtful about tofu enjoyed it. What are your go-to seasonings for air fryer tofu?

Maybe paprika is overrated for tofu, idk. For me, Korean gochujang paste makes a way more complex glaze than dry spices, @grant_garcia47. The cornstarch still works, it just needs a stickier sauce.

Is it really that big of a deal though? You all sound like you discovered fire, it's just dried bean curd.

Awesome! Air fryer tofu is a game-changer. My go-to is garlic powder and smoked paprika. Sometimes add a pinch of cayenne. Cornstarch trick is key for crisp. Soy sauce marinade always works. Tried sesame oil once for extra flavor.
