Took me 3 hours to figure out why my chicken wings were soggy every time
I kept trying to get crispy wings in my air fryer but they always came out limp and wet. After maybe 6 or 7 attempts over two weeks (I was getting pretty frustrated) I finally realized I was overcrowding the basket by like double the amount. I had to pull out the manual and actually read it to see the max weight was 1.5 pounds, not 3. Has anyone else had that moment where you just assumed more food would cook the same way?

Three pounds in an air fryer? My guy, you were basically trying to steam them, lol. We've all been there, thinking "more food = more win" and ending up with a sad, wet basket of regret.

Right?! Crowding is the enemy. I do thin layers now, way better.
