Went to the county courthouse to pay a parking ticket and the automated kiosk kept flagging my ID as 'suspicious'. The clerk said it happens a lot to people from my neighborhood.

That's not a tech glitch, it's a feature. The system is clearly profiling people by zip code. Makes you wonder what other "automated" decisions work the same way.

My friend in a 90210 zip code had the same ID issue last week. The manual override worked for him too... seems more like a bad data match than a profile thing.

Ask for a supervisor and make them run the ID manually. They usually fix it when you make them do the work.
