Shoutout to the anime club for helping me pick a starter show

I had to choose between starting with 'Attack on Titan' or 'Spy x Family' for my first real anime, and my friend in the club said Spy x Family was a better intro. I binged the first 12 episodes over a weekend and loved the mix of action and comedy. What's another good starter show for someone who liked that vibe?

Yeah, @vera195's point about Kaguya-sama is solid. Buddy of mine got into anime through Buddy Daddies, which has a similar found family and action-comedy vibe.

My buddy's wife got into anime through Kaguya-sama: Love is War. It has that same fun mix of comedy and heart, but with a school setting. She was hooked after just a couple episodes.

My first real anime was Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. It nails that balance of serious action and great character humor. It's a classic starter for a reason.
