I called ceramic coating snake oil until I watched a guy in Phoenix bead water off a 3 year old hood
Two guys in my local car club argue about this all the time, one says a $900 ceramic job is just expensive wax and the other swears it saves him hours every month. I was on the wax side until a buddy in Phoenix showed me his daily driver, coated 3 years ago, and the water just rolled off while my waxed truck had spots everywhere. So where do you all land, is the coating worth the money or are the wax guys getting just as far with 20 bucks and a Saturday?
