Serious question, I always thought those fuel system cleaners were just snake oil.

I put a bottle of Chevron Techron in my truck's tank last month and the rough idle I'd had for a year actually smoothed out. What's one product you were wrong about?

Yeah, I was the same way about those cleaners. The Techron stuff really does work for cleaning injectors and intake valves. I keep a bottle in the garage now and run it through every oil change.

I mean, you run the cleaner through the fuel tank, not the oil.
