My cousin swore The Room is actually brilliant filmmaking and now I can't unsee it
He said the weird line deliveries and disconnected scenes are intentional choices to show how alienated Johnny is from everyone around him, and honestly that kinda wrecked my whole "it's just bad" stance.

Patricia, you're totally right. It's like how everything these days is just kind of half-baked and nobody even bothers to fix it. I see it all over - from apps that crash constantly to restaurants serving food that's just okay and charging triple for it. Folks have gotten so used to stuff being mediocre that they just accept it.
