Pro tip: it took me 3 months to figure out which bad movie made my friend group quote stuff daily
So back in 2019 my buddy Dave showed us a movie called The Room at his place in Portland. We laughed so hard my ribs hurt for two days. I spent the next three months trying to find another bad movie that hit that same sweet spot, and I watched like 14 of them. Most were just boring or gross, not funny bad. Then Dave handed me a copy of Troll 2 and said the line 'They're eating her, and then they're going to eat me' and I lost it right there. Turns out the magic combo is bad acting plus zero self awareness plus a director who truly believed in it. Has anyone else had a bad movie that only works with a specific friend group?
