The Room is great, but has anyone tried Mystery Science Theater on a ska band?
Last weekend I hosted a bad movie night in Portland and after The Room I threw on a random ska concert film from 1997 called Dance Craze Live. It was supposed to be a joke, but the terrible editing and the lead singer's off-key yelling made it one of the best unintentional comedies I've seen. Half the crowd left after 20 minutes, but the other half was crying laughing at the crowd-surfing fails and the keyboard solo that lasted like 5 minutes. I learned that the right crowd can turn any trash into gold if you frame it right. Has anyone else ever tried a cheesy live music video for a bad movie night, or am I crazy for adding these to the rotation?

Nah, live music fails are just sad, not funny like bad movies.
