I thought shadowbanning was a myth until my post about a Portland city council meeting vanished in June

Back in June I posted a recap of a Portland city council meeting about a bike lane plan, and it got 400 likes in the first hour, then just disappeared from search two hours later. I figured it was a glitch, so I reposted it with the same wording and it vanished again inside 20 minutes. A mod finally messaged me that the word "rezoning" in my post was auto-flagged, which is nuts since that meeting was literally about rezoning. So yeah, I went from laughing at shadowban posts to screenshotting everything before I hit send. Has anyone else had a plain city hall update get killed like that?
