Just saw a wild fact about the 'Supernatural' filming schedule

I was reading an old interview with the showrunner and he said they shot 23 episodes a year for 15 years straight. That's over 300 episodes, which is crazy for a live-action show (most stuff these days does 8 or 10). They'd basically film from July to April with almost no break. I'm on season 7 of my re-watch and knowing that makes all the location shots and car scenes even more impressive. Has anyone else come across a show with a filming grind that intense?

Yeah it really is. Reminds me of this one time I pulled three all-nighters in a row for a project in college. I started seeing shapes in the corner of my eye, like my brain was just glitching out.

Been there, it's brutal. I got through it by blocking out time for just one small thing I enjoy each day, even if it's just 20 minutes. That little break kept me from losing my mind lol.

My buddy had a similar thing happen during finals week, he was so tired he tried to microwave a textbook. Pat_moore's story about seeing shapes is way too real. How do you even come back from that?
