Guy at the bindery counter in Dayton told me my signatures were too thick, and I almost argued with him
I stood there with my 3-hole pamphlet stitch ready to tell him 80lb text folds fine, then he showed me how the spine cracked on his sample after one opening. I went home and switched my whole run to 70lb and the crease sits flat now. What paper weight are you all using for a pamphlet that actually gets opened a lot?
