inPassword manager vs. my memory palace: I finally switched after 12 years
Oh man, I heard a podcast about this exact thing last month and the guy said the real danger is password reuse, not the manager itself. He said when one site gets hacked, your login gets tried on a hundred other sites within hours, which is how people get wrecked. He also said most of the big password apps never actually see your passwords because they get scrambled on your own device first. So yeah, your old way was way riskier, and your brother is kinda wrong on this one.

inHit my 1000th balayage and I take back everything I said about foils
The part about foils only being for old school highlights is what I'd push back on a little. Foils are just a tool, they don't care what kind of color you put in them. You can do a soft lived in blend with foils and still get that melty look, it's all in how you place them and how thin you take the sections. Plenty of people have been doing foilayage for years and it looks nothing like those chunky 90s stripes. Sounds like the real change was you finally letting the hair type tell you what to do instead of the other way around.

inMy upload speed went from 3 Mbps to 480 Mbps in one day and the fix was not what the techs kept telling me
So the connector was loose AND full of water and that's what it took to finally get someone to actually look at the hardware. My question is did you ever get them to credit you for those 8 months of garbage upload speeds? I'd be raising hell about paying full price for half a service that long. Also did the lineman say anything about how long that water had been sitting in there, because if it was corroded that bad it didn't happen overnight. Curious too if you checked your bill to see if that boost pack charge ever snuck onto your account after all those calls.
