DAE feel like everyone's trackers are way too complicated now?

I see these huge, color-coded mood and habit spreads online, but they often get abandoned after a week because they take 20 minutes to fill out. The original point was rapid logging, not making art. What's a simple tracker that actually stuck for you?

Honestly, it's the same with cooking or exercise plans. People make these huge, perfect menus or workout charts that look great online, but they're impossible to keep doing in real life. The simple list of three veggies to eat or a ten minute walk is what I actually do. My bullet journal is just a few lines for water and sleep, because if it takes more than a minute, I'm out.

Exactly, why make it hard? I just put a dot in my daily log if I did the thing, no colors or keys.

My weekly tracker is just three check boxes on a sticky note. The fancy ones feel like a second job, and I've never met anyone who keeps them up for more than a month. It's just a notebook, not a life project.
