That $25 stencil set was a total waste, don't fall for it
I grabbed a fancy stencil pack for my weekly spreads last month and the lines bled through my Leuchtturm pages so bad I had to tear two of them out. Maybe it's just my paper weight, but has anyone found actual stencils that don't ghost this much, or should I just stick to a ruler and a steady hand?

The bleeding through your Leuchtturm pages is rough, I feel your pain. I ditched those plastic stencils after the same thing happened and went back to a metal ruler with a washi tape hinge on the edge. That way the ruler stays put without me holding it down, and I just trace with a fine liner. It takes a little practice but the lines come out clean and zero ghosting. Honestly a steady hand and a good ruler beat any stencil I've tried so far.
