Tried the one line a day thing for January, ended up with 31 pages of grocery lists
I read somewhere that a single line per day keeps the habit easy, so I gave it a shot in a cheap grid notebook from the drugstore in Fresno. By Jan 19 I was writing stuff like "ran out of milk, bought milk" and by the end I had a month of food notes and zero actual journaling. Did I do the one line thing wrong, or does everyone just end up logging groceries?
Mine turned into a weather log (turns out "cold again" covers a lot of ground). The one line thing works fine, it just grabs whatever's on top of your brain, and for a lot of us that's milk and errands. Your month sounds pretty normal to me.
