Blocked my sister after she emptied Mom's account in one day
She took $4,800 from our mom's savings for a Vegas trip last Tuesday, and when I confronted her she said 'Mom would've wanted me to have fun,' so I locked her out of the family group chat, changed the emergency contacts, and now I'm wondering if I'm the one who needs to apologize since she's telling everyone I'm controlling.

Put your foot down and don't back down. I had a cousin drain my grandma's account for a car and everyone called me harsh for cutting her off, but legal documents and bank statements backed me up. You're protecting your mom, not controlling your sister, and that's the only thing that matters here.
