Hit my 5,000th tenderloin trim and nobody noticed

I keep a tally on the cooler door for fun, and yesterday was number 5,000. My apprentice just asked if I was gonna stand there staring at a marker all day. Anyone else track random numbers like that just to see how long it takes?
