I ghosted a recruiter after 3 rounds of interviews then changed my mind

I had a solid offer from a company in Denver but their process was so slow and disorganized I just stopped responding last month. Now I'm wondering if I burned a bridge over impatience or if that's just how you filter out bad employers. Anyone else bail on a recruitment process halfway through and regret it?

Heard slow processes usually mean bad management, no loss there.

Yeah, on the bright side you won't have to sit through any painfully slow meetings (yay).

Denver is a tough market too, so I get the frustration. Three rounds of interviews with a disorganized process sounds like a red flag honestly. But here's my question - did the actual people you talked to (like the hiring manager or the recruiter) seem okay, or was it just the admin side that was a mess? Because sometimes a slow HR process doesn't mean the team itself is bad, you know? Just curious if you got any gut feeling about the actual job beyond the waiting.
