Honestly, the single best thing I've added is a cheap agility ladder. It sounds gimmicky, but doing those quick footwork drills a couple times a week completely rewired my brain for lower body stability. My ankles and hips just feel more connected now, which translated directly to better balance for single leg stuff and even cleans. It’s that proprioception work you never knew you were missing. Ten minutes of that feels like it unlocks a whole new layer of control.
