Saw a job posting at a bakery in Denver that wanted 5 years experience for $16 an hour
I was grabbing coffee on South Broadway last Tuesday and the sign in the window made me wonder if this is just how food service hiring works now or if I should say something to the owner?
Honestly, a bakery paying $16 for someone with 5 years experience might just be a small shop that can't afford more, and plenty of people would still take that job. Saying something to the owner probably won't change much unless you know their whole money situation.
