Spent 14 months thinking my resume was the problem, turns out it was the cover letter intro
Every application went nowhere until a buddy in HR told me my first paragraph was basically a summary of the job posting. Swapped it for a quick story about a project I fixed in Denver and got two callbacks within a week. Anyone else found one small tweak that flipped the whole job hunt?
