My miter saw station looked like a disaster zone until I added a 4 inch dust port in January
After 6 months of breathing sawdust every cut, that single $18 port plus a shop vac adapter changed my whole workshop air quality, has anyone else switched to a dedicated dust collection setup?

Took me three years and a lung full of MDF dust to finally drill that 4 inch hole. The $18 port plus a cheap Wye fitting changed everything. My shop vac actually pulls now instead of just making noise. Air quality meter went from "hazardous" to "boring" real quick. Still kick myself for waiting that long.
