Right, the "crumbled after two rains" part is the real kicker here. So you're telling me even after you waited for it to fully cure, it just fell apart like that? Makes you wonder if that batch was mixed with something wrong from the start.

Not sure why nobody's talking about what was under that concrete. @claire_davis31 you mentioned the batch being off but what about the base? If you pour on ground that hasn't been compacted right or has a high clay content that first good rain will settle everything underneath while the concrete is still green. Two rains and that slab's got no support left underneath it. Seen it happen on a buddy's barn pad. Top looked fine for a week then started spiderwebbing and crumbling from the bottom up. Wouldn't matter if you used the best mix on the market if the ground underneath was trash.
