Vent: Our shop's coolant went from clear to a swamp in under a week.
Honestly, it was fine last Monday, but by Friday it was thick and green. The new guy on the Haas VF2 was topping off the tank with plain tap water instead of the mixed solution. Ngl, it killed two pumps and we had to do a full system flush. Has anyone else had a coolant crash that fast from a simple mix-up?

Sounds like a training issue, not just the mix-up.

They trained us to put the cover sheet on the TPS reports, not to handle the existential dread of doing it.
