Just realized my late coffee doesn't mess with my sleep
Everyone says to avoid caffeine in the evening for good rest, but I have a cup every night and still fall asleep easily. My fitness watch shows my sleep patterns are the same with or without it.

Ever wonder if you got that gene thing @spencer400 was talking about? Like, have you ever done one of those DNA tests to check? It's wild how bodies can be so different, where one person is wired after a sip and another can chug a pot before bed. Makes all that standard advice seem pretty useless for some folks. Your watch data is probably the best proof anyway.

Actually, some people have genes that process caffeine slowly, so it might just not hit you the same way.

My buddy Jake drank a whole pot of coffee at 10pm once and was asleep by 11. Turns out he has that gene where it just doesn't stick, doctors said his body breaks it down weird. He can basically use coffee as a sleep aid.
