Wonder if we're all just trying too hard to find meaning in buying things. Saw what @ross.lily said and it's cool they're having fun, but is buying weird stuff really that deep? Sometimes a thing is just a thing, you know? Feels like people turn every little hobby choice into a whole personality shift. Maybe it's okay to just like something because it looks neat without making it a big deal.
