Old timer at the dock in Galveston said he checks his bailout hose with a $2 kitchen spray bottle before every dive
I tried it on my last 3 dives and it caught a pinhole leak I would have missed with a visual check. What low tech tricks do you all keep in your kit that work better than the fancy stuff?

Ha, my fancy leak detector is my face pressed up against the hose looking like an idiot. Seriously though, a spray bottle beats my eyes every time. I keep a cheap dental mirror in my kit too for looking behind stuff I can't see.
