Stop using canned air on motherboards with fans still plugged in

I saw another tech at my shop last week blow a bearing out on a 120mm fan because he didn't unplug it first, just sprayed canned air straight into it. How many times do we have to tell people you need to hold the fan blade still or unplug the header before blasting dust?
